Assisting and supporting the HRD Superintendent in the implementation of the Bursar and Practical Trainee Attraction and Sourcing Strategy and the Talent Management Strategy.
Implementing and administering of the bursary scheme processes and practical trainees programme, inclusive of sourcing and management.
Executing all the talent management administration and record-keeping for monitoring and auditing processes.
Supporting the HRD Superintendent in conducting benchmarks with other mining houses in the management and administration of the Bursary schemes.
Liaising with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper administration of the Bursars, Practical Trainees and C-Lower talent pools.
Minimum Qualifications:
A relevant tertiary qualification.
A registered Psychometrist will be advantageous.
Driversxe2x80x99 License (Code B/08).
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in an administrative role, preferable HRD Administration.
Computer proficiency in all MS Office Packages.
