Job Summary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: o Grade 12 o Registered Assessor's Certificate o ETD / HRD Qualification/ Certificate L4 o Blasting Certificate or Trade Certificate. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: o Minimum of five (5) years' training experience in a mining environment; Experience in designing and administrating computer learning skills will be advantageous COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS: o Good communication and interpersonal skills o Ethical and honest o High performer and Safety & Health orientated o MS Office skills o Good problem- solving skills.
