The above-mentioned position exists within the Human Resources Development Department and is responsible for the coordination and administration of training interventions. The main purpose of the job is to align, support and coordinate training activities of all Insurance employees within the Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Adhere to all HR policies and procedures when processing all training related documents.
Coordination of all Insurance related training interventions ensuring that all administrative tasks and logistics related to the training is done.
Achieve results and solves problems effectively.
Liaise with internal and external business partners in terms of training related interventions
Administration of study loans, learnerships applications, External training and reimbursement
Ensure payments are processed within set timeframes according to approved standard working procedures
Ensure accurate cost and competency capturing of training data on the HR information system.
Assist and conduct general Adhoc duties
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
2 Year tertiary qualification, Humanities preferably.
Intermediate level of profiency relating to the MS Office Suite (in particular MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
1 Year practical experience of HR systems and software.
2 Years coordination experience.
