Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- A relevant Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role (Ideally within retail/QSR, or any similar industry with multiple sites)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent relationship management and coaching skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and accountability.
- Solid business acumen and a results-driven approach.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- Previous experience with SAGE (VIP) and ESS.
- Strong attention to detail.
