Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees.

This role is contributing to the

Motion Business in Southern Africa.

Main stakeholders are Motion Division Managers locally and Regional HRBP.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services. Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business. Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies. Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role

Ability to demonstrate your experience in advanced HR skills You have 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Possess an enhanced knowledge of latest HR trends in our industry. You are passionate about developing our people and assisting the business leaders with turning our people into high performance individuals. Degree in Human Resources or related qualifications. You are at ease communicating with various levels in the organization internally and cross functionally.
