This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong foundational knowledge of HR processes and policies, and brings a modern, non-traditional approach to people practices. The ideal candidate will support the People and Transformation team in modernizing HR processes, policies, and analytics, and bring foundational HR knowledge combined with strong technical and analytical capabilities to drive data-informed decision-making and digital transformation.
The specialist will leverage platforms such as Oracle and PowerBI to deliver actionable insights and support transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Output Areas Include:
Design and refine HR processes and policies aligned with business strategy.
Leverage tools like Oracle HCM and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
Build dashboards and reports to support workforce planning, DEI, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital HR innovation.
Support change management and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Matric
Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business, or related field
Certifications in Oracle HCM, Power BI, or Agile HR are advantageous.
5-10 years' experience in HR, HR analytics, or HR technology.
Strong understanding of HR fundamentals (policies, processes, compliance).
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Power BI.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and visualize data.
Non-traditional HR thinker - curious, tech-forward, and business-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in consulting or transformation projects preferable.
