Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and development Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies Advise and support managers on employee relations and performance issues Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals Maintain HR metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data to drive decision-making Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives Manage employee disciplinary and grievance processes Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee satisfaction Liaise with unions and manage industrial relations issues Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
