seeks a senior HR Strategy Project Director to lead development of a 3-5 year HR Strategy aligned to our organisational strategy. This is a fixed-term consultancy role supporting a key transformation programme.
Key responsibilities
Lead the HR strategy design and delivery for the full project lifecycle.
Drive situational analysis, environmental scan and benchmarking.
Lead stakeholder engagement and validation workshops.
Produce inception, diagnostic, draft and final strategy documents and a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) HR Strategy Map.
Provide an implementation roadmap, KPI framework and risk mitigation plan.
Mentor junior team members and ensure deliverable quality and timelines.
Minimum requirements
11+ years' experience in HR strategy development and/or organisational design (public sector experience preferred).
Proven track record (?3 similar projects) and referees.
Post-graduate qualification in HR/OD/Industrial Psychology or equivalent.
Strong stakeholder facilitation and change-management skills.
Ability to work on tight timelines, travel to stakeholder sites, and produce high-quality reports.
