You will be responsible for overseeing HR, payroll, health and safety, BEE, insurance, and risk management functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, managing employee relations, performance, recruitment, and compliance, while ensuring the company meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate must have an initiative-taking approach, will need to possess a degree/diploma in HR and a minimum of 8 years experience within a similar role.
