This role is designed to offer valuable support to our stores, focusing on optimising staffing levels, ensuring precision, and effectively handling inquiries related to staff cost and budgets. Minimum Requirements
Ensure the proper implementation of relevant legislation, regulatory and company requirements.
Analyse data from various reports, combine the data in Excel, manipulate and analyse the data to do predictive and quantitative analysis.
Assist stores and management with staff productivity related queries & issues
Process Time & Attendance reports
Complete and analyse store structures
Make recommendations on staff requirements
Prepare contracts and employment packs for new stores
Duties and Responsibilities
Knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Able to work under pressure, adapt, follow instructions, rules and procedures.
Must have Driverxe2x80x99s License and be willing to drive long distances
Excellent computer knowledge including knowledge of V-Lookups and Pivot Tablet
Post matric qualification in HR or Finance will be advantageous
HR or Finance work experience will be an advantage
