Job Description
Our client, a sole importer and distributor of various items to the fashion/retail industry in Southern Africa is looking for a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join their team!
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant HR Diploma or Degree is required
- Valid Drivers License with Own Car
- 3-5yrs experience as a HR Officer in a similar industry
- MS Office literate
- Full HR function
- Talent management and recruitment (head office & retail stores)
- Staff onboarding
- Employee wellness
- Training and Skills Development Co-ordination
- Handle all IR related matters with the assistance of a 3rd party
- Develop the Work skills plan
- Maintain and update all relevant HR policies within the company
- Maintain positive company culture by ensuring events and activities are held that support and enhance employee wellness and company culture
