Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR generalist role (Essential)
Sound knowledge of SA Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE, etc.)
Experience with CCMA procedures and IR processes
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
Hospitality industry experience and leadership skills (Advantageous)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between management, staff, and the HR function
Support a positive, high-performance workplace culture
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Ensure timely submission of payroll-related documentation
Handle statutory reporting including EE and CATHSSETA submissions
Maintain employee records and ensure legislative compliance
Address HR-related queries from all staff levels
Assist with learning and development initiatives and performance appraisals
Provide operational support to the lodges as required and escalate concerns to management
Package on Offer:
R15 000 per month depending on experience
