Key Responsibilities:
General HR administration (contracts, sick leave, leave management, personnel files).
Assist with disciplinary matters and hearings.
Support management with day-to-day HR processes.
Requirements:
Minimum HR Diploma / Degree or relevant HR qualification.
2-3 years' experience working in an HR environment.
Knowledge of South African labour laws and HR practices.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
