The purpose of the role:
To provide comprehensive HR operational support by managing Key compliance proccesses-Including WSP/ATR submissions, IOD cases, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring sufficient time and attendance tracking, and recruitment at the operations level. The role serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee HR queries, benefits guidance, and administrative support, ensuring accurate record keeping, regulatory compliance, and consistent execution of HR policies and procedures across the business.
