3 - 5 years' experience withing the Human Resource environment, minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience
Tertiary qualification (degree level) in Human Resources
Must have strong experience in IR and performance management systems
Self-started and thinker
Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and professionally assertive
Ability to communicate and manage HR/ IR day to day issues within the warehouse
Union/ Employee Representative interaction
Knowledge of the Motor Industry will be added advantage
Advanced Office / Excel / Power point/ SAGE 300 would be an added advantage
