HR Officer FTC - Cape TownWe're looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our team on a 6-month contract - Possibility to go Perm!As our HR Officer, you'll be responsible for recruitment, training and development, IR, wage negotiations, office administration, staff coordination, and visa management.Our ideal candidate will have a relevant HR qualification, 3 to 5 years of HR experience, and solid knowledge of BCEA, LRA, and IR.Requirements:Important experience is Industrial Relations and Payroll support, input of data.Recruitment of Blue Collar StaffTraining and Development, both coordination and facilitationIR xe2x80x93 facilitate disciplinary hearings and provide support for CCMA casesProvide support during wage negotiationsGeneral Office AdministrationStaff coordination: Travel, i.e booking of flights , accommodation and transportPayroll SupportJob Type: TemporarySalary: R30,000.00 - R42,000.00 per monthAbility to Relocate:Cape Town, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (Required)
