Duties & Responsibilities:

Supporting the departments with HR information / queries / functions / audits.
Managing the recruitment process, including advertising, screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
Maintain and update HR administrative forms, records, templates and other HR-related documents,
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to the farm's specific needs
Maintaining accurate employee records, including personnel files
Assist in investigating complaints, grievances and misconduct allegations
Collation of data for Health & Safety, Skills Development and Employment Equity
Identifying training needs, organizing and facilitating training programs
Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives
HR module management on FarmTrace system
Ensure compliance in terms of SIZA standards and SAQ platform
Responding to other ad-hoc queries.
