Job Description
Job Title:
HR Officer.
Qualification:
National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of Human Resources experience, essential within the construction, or engineering sector.
Knowledge of South African Labour Law and HR best practice.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Driver's license and willingness to travel between sites when necessary.
