HR officer/ generalist Bfno The individual must have a broad knowledge of human resource functions, from hiring to onboarding and evaluation as well as HR policies and procedures, including Industrial Relations, Health & Safety, Skills Development and Employment Equity.o The position will include a wide range of HR tasks, like organising training, administering leave and o compiling HR policies. You will be responsible to ensure that all employee records are up-to-date and o facilitate any HR related queries.o Day-to-day administrative duties within the HR department.o o Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.o o Co-ordination of induction and onboarding programmes.o o Plan and implement training of staff, supervisors or managers, as indicated by the Training o Plan, or as requested from time to time.o o Collates information for Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports.o o Monitor the Training Plan for regionally and ensure that all training indicated is implemented.o o Administer and record employee leave.o o Draft HR policies and contracts.o o Promote HR programs and internal trainingo Bilingual (English & Afrikaans).o o Grade 12.o o Relevant HR/IR qualification.o Proven experience as an HR Generalist.o o Understanding of HR policies and procedures.o o Good knowledge of labour laws.o o Computer literacy - Microsoft office & WindowsSalary depends on experience R18000 to R24000 + annuity
