Job Description
Are you an HR professional who thrives in change?
We're looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join a multinational, service-driven business that's building structure while scaling fast.
You'll take the lead on employee relations, Section 189 & 197 processes, and operational HR delivery, supporting both local teams and global accounts.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A relevant HR qualification
- Strong IR experience (CCMA, unions, disciplinary matters)
- Confidence navigating unstructured or growing environments
- Experience in service-focused industries (facilities, property, mining, BPO, or other client-facing sectors)
- A flair for practical problem-solving and stakeholder engagement
