A three-year Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent NQF
level 7 qualification * Minimum 3 -5 years Human Resources Generalist experience, operating as a transformation
or change agent. * Minimum 5 years' experience on a management level.
Extensive Experience within a unionized environment and building employee relations
experience is essential * Good knowledge of Remuneration, Talent Management, Transformation, Recruitment and
Selection, Learning and Development, Organizational Design and Re-engineering, IR and Performance Management. * Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to travel for meetings and workshops in and around the country
SAP and Kronos time and attendance experience will be an advantage
KPAs:
Proactively advise and educate managers and employees on how to address IR issues
Ensure achievement of transformation goals as set out by the Transformation Committee
Guide and motivate others to take action in supporting organizational change.
Actively involved in all HR Strategic Projects
Influence the implementation of all transformation strategies including Employment Equity
