Job Description


Job Summary
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support all HR functions, policies, and initiatives across the organization
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development processes
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary processes with integrity
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Equity, BBBEE, and labour legislation
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, digital tools, and administrative efficiency
  • Partner with Finance on payroll processing and HR budget alignment
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a similar or senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital HR tools
  • Own Vehicle and Valid drivers License.
