R 35000 - R 45000 Monthly Cost To Company Our client in Nelspruit provides end-to-end logistical solutions nationwide and internationally. A HR Manager is required to develop, implement, administrate, and coordinate key strategic and operational HR processes. The HR Manager will act as strategic business partner to the operating business, thus enabling sound business execution via sufficient HR.

REQUIREMENTS
South African citizen.
Code B driver's license and own transport.
Expected to work overtime and be available after business hours and during weekends from time to time.
5 -7 years generalist experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Degree or Diploma in HR or equivalent.
Honours Degree will be an advantage.

CAPABILITIES & COMPETENCIES
Solid knowledge of Bargaining Council regulations and procedures (NBCRFLI).
Solid knowledge of:
> Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Act 75 of 1997.
> Labour Relations Act, Act 66 of 1995.
> Employment Equity Act.
> Skills Development Act.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Drafting of job/role descriptions.
Drafting of staff related letters - offers, increases, transfers, promotions) and employment contracts (permanent/fixed term).
Record keeping of all HR administration.
File and retrieve documents, records and reports.
Complete time sheets/log sheets daily.
Recruiting staff.
Responsible for handling IR related issues, including advisory services to management.
Represent company at disciplinary hearings.
Drafting and issuing of warnings as well as preparation of hearing documentation.
Handling grievances of employees.
Plan, schedule and deliver training, employee inductions and orientation.
Developing performance evaluations tools, conduct performance evaluations and compile reports on performance outcomes.
Compilation of payroll data.
