What youll be doing
Overseeing the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management
Administering Employment Equity and B-BBEE transformation initiatives end-to-end
Managing training and development, including needs analysis, WSP/ATR submissions, and driving a learning culture
Handling payroll coordination and benefits administration
Acting as a key business partner to senior leaders, translating strategy into action
Ensuring HR compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Playing a leading role in change management and organisational development
Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to both staff and management
Coordinating audits and statutory reporting requirements
What were looking for
A relevant degree in Human Resources or Business
58 years HR experience, including team management
Strong knowledge of South African labour law, EE, B-BBEE codes, and payroll processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel (non-negotiable)
Experience with HRIS systems (People 300, Sage, BEE123)
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
A proactive, adaptable, and business-minded professional
