Our esteemed client is actively seeking a proficient and dedicated HR Manager to join their team. This prominent Water and Chemical treatment company, headquartered in Randfontein, is in the process of identifying a capable individual for this pivotal role. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR strategy, optimizing productivity, and ensuring alignment with the organization's growth objectives. Requirements:

• A minimum of NQF level 7 HR Diploma/Degree.
• Working knowledge of Labour and Employment legislation.
• A very dynamic HR Manager with at least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 HR experience, of which 2 years must be in a managerial role.
• Computer literacy.
• Vaccination Certificate
• Valid ID
• Own vehicle and valid license

Duties:

• Transforming the HR function together with the Divisional Head to support the business objectives and goals.
• Effective HR operations management
• Recruiting, staffing and contract negotiations.
• Company Training Coordination and Management
• Participating in the review and enhancement of performance management systems and rewards
• Identifying potential organizational development opportunities and implementing talent management initiatives.
• Fostering employee relations and positive culture.
• Managing HR risks by ensuring compliance with governance, policies, and relevant legislation.
• Coordinating payroll activities, reporting, and HR administration to improve efficiencies.
• Ad Hoc Projects.
• Employee relations.
• Maintains contacts with departmental and other line managers on matters concerning core HR & IR functions and services.
• HR Policies and Procedures are legally compliant and are reviewed regularly and modified accordingly.
