Must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years experience as a HR Manager in the Agriculture | Fresh Produce Industry
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or relevant Tertiary Education required
Experience in Managing HR Functions, including Workforce Planning | Talent Acquisition | Performance Management & Development | Remuneration | Budgeting
Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
