Job Description
Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years experience as a HR Manager in the Agriculture | Fresh Produce Industry
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources or relevant Tertiary Education required
- Experience in Managing HR Functions, including Workforce Planning | Talent Acquisition | Performance Management & Development | Remuneration | Budgeting
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips on request required
- Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
