VACANCY: HR MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our security company. The ideal candidate must be dynamic, results-driven, and able to manage all HR-related functions with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance with labour laws.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years HR Management experience, preferably within the security industry.
Proven experience handling disciplinary processes, chairing hearings, and drafting reports.
Strong knowledge of CCMA processes (conciliation, arbitration, preparation, and representation).
In-depth understanding of all South African labour laws and statutory requirements.
Excellent knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, and OHSA.
Ability to implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Relevant HR qualification (Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent).
PSIRA knowledge and security industry experience will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare.
Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and terminations in line with labour laws.
Represent the company at the CCMA and ensure compliance with rulings.
Advise management on HR and labour legislation compliance.
Maintain effective relations between management and employees.
Drive HR projects, staff development, and organisational culture.
