Job Description

This role goes beyond traditional HR management. Youll play a critical role in driving growth through the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing people.
What Youll Do
- Own and drive recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong focus on growing high-performing agents and support teams
- Drive onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
- Support leadership with people strategy, coaching, and HR best practice
- Manage HR operations, policies, compliance, and employee relations
- A performance-driven yet supportive culture where people are genuinely valued
