Job Description

My client is a leading manufacturing company and is seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join their team. This pivotal role is responsible for driving people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring their HR processes support the companys growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and company policies.
  • Partner with management to identify and address training and development needs.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and HR administration.
  • Champion workplace health & safety initiatives in collaboration with management.
  • Manage industrial relations and maintain strong union relationships where applicable.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 5 years HR management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EE Act, and related legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
