About the role: Office-based role in Cape Town, Southern Suburbs The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all HR activities within the organisation. This encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, legal compliance, and organisational development. Acting as a vital conduit between management and employees, the HR Manager fosters effective communication and ensures timely resolution of queries and concerns, promoting a harmonious and productive work environment. Requirements:

  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and metrics.
  • Strong understanding of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage various projects at once.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR-related communications.
  • Engage with employees and address their concerns.
  • Oversee recruitment activities and performance management.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure policy enforcement.
  • Assess staffing needs and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
  • Prepare HR metrics reports and participate in strategic planning.
  • Provide HR insights in executive meetings.
  • Advise on workforce planning and organisational structure.
  • Lead change initiatives and promote organisational culture.
  • Work coherently with Accounts, Operations and Payroll.
  • Reporting to the General Manager
