MINIMUM REQUIERMENTS
- BCom Human Resource Management Qualification is required
- HR Generalist with min. 5 years of experience, also in International | Global structure
- Conceptual Strength | Driver seat mentality to position RSA within EMEA and be a consultant to Management
- High competence in RSA labour relations
- Good networking skills for EMEA topics
- Must be able to work on AX Dynamics | VIP | MS Office | Google Docs
- Will be managing a team of 95
- Must have contactable references
- 6 Months pay slips
- CTC R 90 000 depending on experience and qualification
- Medical Aid
