Job Description
My client in the Energy Development sector is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. Must have completed Honours Degree (BCom HR Management/ BA Industrial Psychology or similar) with minimum 15 years experience in Human Resources. Required UNION engagement experience (NUMSA) is a MUST -having worked in a plant environment managing blue collar workers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Representative at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA)
- Employee Relations - wage negotiations, performance, working conditions and related grievances
- Coordination of Social and Labour Plan (SLP)
- Skills Development Facilitation (SDF)
- General Employment Equity (EE) Duties
- Recruitment, retention and induction
- HR Compliance, Reporting and Risk Management
