Job Description


  • Responsible for employment contracts;
  • Maintaining employee folders;
  • Assist in sourcing and facilitating the training initiatives;
  • Submitting EE reports WSP and ATR;
  • Conduct EE committee meeting;
  • Conduct Employment comittee meetings;
  • Deal with related unions;
  • Incident investigations and submit the IOD documentation;
  • Manage internal disciplinary process and the CCMA hearings;
  • Ensure all disaplinaries are done according to company procedure;
  • Liase with external IR consultant regarding high case profiles;
  • Handle grievance proceedings and staff compliment;
  • Monitor payroll clerks with payroll duties;
  • Submit payroll reports to FM 48 hours before payment date;
  • Submit EMP201, union deductions, UIF, accomodation, and loans;
  • Ensure Forklift operator certificates are valid;
  • Conduct regular HSE meetings;
  • Submit invoices for payments;
  • Matric;
  • Knowledge and completion of Siza or Sedex ethical audit;
