Job Description
HR Manager required for a Steel Manufacturing company in Alberton. Half day position only. MUST have experience with MEIBC and CCMA. Must have formal qualification.
Job Title: HR Manager (Half day position)
Geographical area: Alberton, Gauteng
Salary range: R 25 000.00 xe2x80x93 R 28 000.00 CTC pm
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Prepare employment contracts and new employee files
- HR administration
- Disciplinary processes
- Handle employee grievances
- Monitor attendance process
- Prepare monthly HR report
- Prepare and submit quarterly statistics
- Prepare figures for employment equity reports
- Type minutes of quarterly employment equity and skills development meetings
- Prepare figures for skills development reports
- Grade 12 / Equivalent
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree
- A minimum of 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as HR Manager
- Experience with MEIBC and CCMA representation
- Sober habits
- Computer literate xe2x80x93 advanced skilled on Excel
