The HR Intern will support in delivering efficient and effective HR services to the dealership. The successful incumbent will gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance- all within the context of motor retail operations.
Requirements
Grade 12
National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Skills and Competencies

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Support HR documentation processes, including contracts, letters, and personnel files.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Assist in coordinating training and induction sessions.
Participate in HR compliance audits and reporting.
Provide general administrative support to the dealership team.
Engage with dealership team to support HR-related needs and initiatives.
Assist with employee engagement and wellness programmes.
