With our Purpose in mind, our HR Head of Functions & Projects, being an Executive Role, will serve as the lead HR for National Functions as well as lead critical people projects and deliver on the overall HR Strategy. The HR Head will be responsible for participating in the development and implementation of strategic business plans in partnership with the various functional leads while driving strategic human capital imperatives relating to culture, coaching, performance management and alignment to the balance score card at organisational, functional and employee level. How will You add value:Deliver on driving the Commercial (Sales & Marketing) and Corporate (Finance, R&D, Supply chain, IT and Procurement) function's end-to end People agenda in line with the organisation's strategy.Drive the talent strategy with the Head of Departments at McCain Foods SA and execute talent development plans accordingly.Support the Human Resources Director (HRD) and the leadership team at McCain Foods SA.Execute all core process and support the functional teams with the Employee Life Cycle.Development and execution of the capability agenda for teams.Implement a meaningful pipeline strategy that intersects with the McCain Foods SA transformation and strategy work,Provide guidance and advisory support as it relates to workforce and strategic talent planning, Industrial Relations, HR program development, and the implementation of HR initiatives.Responsible for driving the direction, coordination, implementation, and the execution of people projects to completion, while remaining aligned with McCain Foods SA HR Strategic work. About You:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalnet (required). Post graduate degree recommended.10 - 13 years of HR business experience or human capital consulting experience of which 8 years should be at senior level.Strong knowledge and working experience with talent management practices, performance management practices, organisational development, organisational design, leadership development, organisation culture, and business transformation.Strong consultative and diagnostic skills: ability to translate organisational and individual needs into specific solutions.Experience driving HR programs and process across multiple stakeholder teams.Ability to simplify and quickly prioritize.Ability to work proactively and take initiativeHigh degree of executive maturity and confidentiality required.Strong execution skills and ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.Resiliency and perseverance needed to drive results and work forward quickly.Experience with labour relations & contracts.Ability to communicate and engage effectively with different people specialists across the varying McCain Foods platforms.Synthesize and understand information from different points of resource to adapt, apply, and action within area of responsibilty.#LI-SAF1 McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
