Job Summary About our client:
Our client is an exclusive distributor of state-of-the-art marine and mobile solution products. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their team on a 6 month contract.About the role:
This position is ideal for a recent HR graduate who is passionate about creating a structured and equitable workplace.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify policy and procedure needs.
  • Research and stay current on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices to inform policy development.
  • Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees and provide training as necessary.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Address inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
