Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff administration.
Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR policies and labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, etc.).
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR systems and procedures.
Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and employee relations matters.
Assist in performance management processes and staff development.
Coordinate training, skills development, and BBBEE compliance where applicable.
Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
Promote employee engagement, wellness, and a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2-4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
Knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Computer literacy (MS Office, HRIS experience beneficial).
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
