Sunnyfield Group of Companies (FMCG) is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring seamless employee experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management
- Manage recruitment processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective talent acquisition
- Administer employee relations, handling queries, and resolving conflicts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Support payroll processes, including Pastel payroll administration
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with management to drive business objectives
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role
- Experience with Pastel payroll administration
- Strong understanding of South African labour laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
