HR Generalist Woodstock Cape TownOur client in events, arts, and culture is seeking an HR Generalist. The person needs 5 experience as a HR Generalist preferably from the events, arts and culture industry. Itxe2x80x99s not a corporate working environment.Salary is R 30 000 xe2x80x93 R 40 000 and itxe2x80x99s a hybrid job. Monday to Friday jobMin Requirements:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources ManagementMasterxe2x80x99s degree is a bonus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in a non-profit or community-driven organisation.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, training, performance management, and team relationsAssist in the development and implementation of human resource strategies and policiesRecruitment and selection process, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.Support the rollout of performance management processesProvide guidance and support to the team on HR-related mattersMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.Promote a diverse and inclusive, positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration and collectivism.Apply onlineFrogg Recruitment
