Job Description

• Collect and analyse data on payroll outputs, surveys, employment records & exit interviews
• Implement relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce
• Analyse data & statistics for trends with regards to recruitment practices from Direct Hire
• Investigate turnover and compliance with employment laws
• Optimize and implement new data processes and systems from Web ss, SAP HR and Direct Hire
• Utilise advanced data analytics and techniques to analyse data, assess data validity and usability
• Review data results to ensure accuracy and communicate results and insights to relevant stakeholders
• Evaluate jobs & review both existing & new positions & communicate the results to senior management
• Review job profiles to impact positively on employee retention Identify trends, patterns, relationships & discrepancies in data
• Determine additional data needed to support insight
• Process and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
• Perform continuous improvement on automation of HR processes to ensure efficiencies
• Perform validation and verification of all 3rd party payments in ensuring accuracy
• Ensure audit compliance with tax related processes, procedures, and governance practices
• Participate and support on all HR projects

Qualifications:

• Bcom in Human Resources Management or Financial Management

Skills:

• Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
• Familiarity with Compensation & Benefits legislation
• Experience with employee satisfaction surveys
• Analysis skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexible, active and forward thinking
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills
• Ability to present and disseminate information in an effective manner
• Always act respectfully towards other people
• Pro-active, reliable, be self-motivated

Experience:

• Experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role - 3 years
• Hands-on experience with SAGE 300, SAP HR and Direct Hire systems- 1 Year
