This is a full-time, on-site role located in Germiston for a Human Resources Co-Ordinator. The Human Resources Co-Ordinator will oversee HR operations, including HR management, administration, employee relations, and maintaining compliance with HR policies. The role involves supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance processes, as well as ensuring continued adherence to labour laws and company standards.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for staff, addressing HR-related inquiries, managing payroll processes, and promoting a positive workplace environment within the Group.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources processes
Experience in Employee Relations
Ability to develop and enforce HR Policies
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in relevant HR and Payroll software
Understanding of labour laws and regulations
Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
