Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated HR & Scaling OS Coordinator to serve as a central back-office support role across our portfolio of businesses, including manufactured housing communities and essential service companies. This role blends HR administration, recruitment, and operational execution, with a clear pathway for growth into a broader Operations leadership position.
The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, personable, and highly organized -- able to balance people-focused HR work with operational excellence.
