The HR Clerk is responsible for assisting with all HR related duties on site.
Make copies of documents.
Assist with filling in all departments HR.
Assist with attendance related issues.
Submitting DSI (daily working hours) to Head office.
Submitting leave forms and assisting Head Office with any leave queries.
Ensure that all vacancy notices are posted and that all applications are received prior to the closing date.
Scheduling of interviews.
Assist with maintaining employee records.
Assist with the preparation of ad-hoc reports.
Assist with the induction and orientation of all new employees.
Ensure that all on-boarding documentation are fully completed and submitted to the HR department timeously.
Assist with the issuing and completion of exit documentation.
Maintain Training Database.
Do Medical Booking -Periodic and Entry as well as Exit Medical for employees and Business partners -should be added
Filling of employee docs on a daily basis and creation of files for existing (when old files are full) and new employees-should be added
Registration of employees and updating of employee details on HR-Manage system-should be added
Attending Toolbox talks to address issues/Memos received from Head office along with HR Administrator from Site Manager or HR Manager by instruction-should be addedto convey HR related issues/messages to employees
