Mission of the role:

As our HR Business Partner, your mission is to drive business success through people-first strategies. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to shape and execute HR initiatives that align with long-term goals--translating strategy into actionable plans and delivering results that empower teams, elevate talent, and strengthen organizational capability.

Your mission:

Lead strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Develop, implement, and maintain HR frameworks including policies, procedures, and KPIs. Advise management on employee relations, performance, and people practices. Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding. Drive employee development through training, performance management, and engagement. Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. Ensure legal compliance, and champion Employment Equity and Skills Development.

Your Profile:

2 to 3 years working experience in managerial role. Solid knowledge of all HR processes. Knowledge of HR Legal Matters. Management, Leadership, Negotiating and Decision-making skills. Ability to meet deadlines and targets. Degree / Diploma in the field of Human Resources or equivalent
