We're interested in HR professionals who:
Have 7+ years' experience (with at least 4 in an HRBP function as a current role) Experiencing in driving debt collections performance in contact centres Bring consulting experience and understand municipal or government contexts Thrive in fast-paced, project-based environments Are passionate about transformation, culture, and capability building
