Purpose
Provide proactive, generalist HR partnering support, working with management to deliver effective people solutions aligned to organisational objectives.
Minimum Requirements
NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
Minimum 5 years generalist HR experience
Experience in professional development and training
Strong knowledge of labour legislation, employment law, union relations, and employee relations
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability
Data-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented
Influential, organised, and delivery-focused
