Job Description

To partner with the business aligning the delivery of HR and organisational goals effectively and ensuring business people requirements are met.
Responsibilities

• Mange the overall recruitment process ensuring candidates are placed correctly within the required timeframes and all associated documentation/contracting is accurate and complete.
• Ensure new joiners are effectively onboarded and relevant stakeholders are communicated to.
• Drive the delivery of special HR projects ensuring goals are achieved on time and align to business results.
• Manage the employee relations service provider and facilitate the resolution of cases and issues.
• Compile accurate weekly HR reports to support strategic decision making.
• Provide ad hoc support to the HR Executive on various strategic and tactical matters.
• Support the audit and reporting process for the Gambling Board meeting requirements on time.
• Ensure effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders in a proactive manner.
• Drive the desired culture and promote the values of collaboration and team work ensuring staff feel listened to and cared for.
• Ensure all policies are up to date and communicated effectively.

Experience and Skills

• Tertiary Qualification in HR, Psychology or related field.
• Possess a strong understanding of HR and related business practices.
• Have strong stakeholder partnering management skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A diplomatic and professional approach to conflict.
• Ideally passionate about Sport and Gaming.

Salary: R50 - R60 000pm CTC
