Inherent Job Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management Minimum 6 years in an HR Generalist role on

middle management level

Proven proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Afrikaans and English Strong analytical skills and strategic HR advisory experience Experience within the agricultural environment is compulsory and good understanding of the agricultural industry and its people



Key Responsibilities:




Governance & Compliance (Data Integrity) Recruitment Management Compensation & Reward Strategy Employment Equity monitoring and Implementation Talent Development & Performance Management Industrial Relations (in collaboration with IR Specialist) HR Reporting & Analytics



Ideal Candidate:




Strong understanding of the grain value chain and its people dynamics Strategic thinker with hands-on HR experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
