Job Description
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions within a fast-paced call centre environment. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and compliance with labour legislation while supporting high-volume staffing and operational demands.
Employee Relations & Performance
Handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and misconduct in line with company policy Advise managers and team leaders on HR policies and labour relations matters Support performance management processes and corrective action plans Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
Training & Development
Coordinate training schedules with trainers and operations Track training attendance, assessments, and outcomes Support skills development initiatives and learnerships
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies Maintain HR policies, procedures, and codes of conduct Support CCMA cases and disciplinary hearings when required
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management Minimum
2-3 years HR experience in a call centre environment
Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices Experience handling high-volume recruitment Experience with disciplinary processes and employee relationsSkills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and administrative ability Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment High level of confidentiality and professionalism Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
